HP Notebook - 15 - db0043na - very slow

This is in reference to my  old post.

What else would you recommend. I completed steps mentioned in your reply and the performance is still very poor...

The name of the laptop is HP Notebook - 15 - db0043na, model number is 4FJ77EA, S/n [edited] I would appreciate information also how to reinstall OS the whole thing but before I do that please recommend diagnostic tools that I should use... so I will try to diagnose the problem...but I am equally good to reinstall the whole thing...

First thing you should do is GO BACK to your old post and add a reply -- so the HP agent that was helping you can see the response.

Starting another thread for the same issue is not going to help the situation.

Thanks WaWood… unfortunately I left the other post without response for too long and there is no option to "Reply" just to  "Accept As Solution". Perhaps moderator can merge both threads into one as indeed this is not a good practice to have two threads on the same topic...
