HP Recommended
The laptop crashes randomly and I can't seem to fix the issue. All drivers are up to date, for some reason BIOS won't update stating the computer needs to be connected to the internet [It's connected via wifi I haven't tried via ethernet.]
Here's the XML view in Event Viewer. It's crashed since day 1 of purchase, I've had it now around 2 months. It has crashed hundreds of times.
