Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0029nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a second hand laptop with an administrator password to access the bios/boot order. The machine boots into Windows no problem but cannot use any flash drive or change the boot order without the password. Does anyone know how I would go about this issue? I’d appreciate any support! I have tried disconnecting the battery for 2 hours with no success. Thank you
