HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5010tx

Hi, My HP Omen 15 5010tx laptop is not booting up. When I press the power button the Caps Lock starts blinking continuously, no long or short blinks neither any delays. It just keeps blinking forever. And there is no display. After 2 to 3 minutes the Keyboard Backlit goes off for 2 seconds and then turns on again while the caps lock still keeps blinking, and the fans start to spin at the full speed. Nothing else happens and I am stuck with it.

Laptop Specs: Intel i7 4710HQ | 8GB Ram (Onboard/Non-Removeable) | Nvidia GTX 860M 4Gb

Solutions I tried:

  • Holding the Power Button for a hard reset.
  • Changing the battery and the charger.
  • Replaced the noisy fans with brand new ones.
  • Used a BIOS recovery USB to repair the BIOS.
  • Trying to access the BIOS by trying different key combinations.
  • Reached out to multiple local repair shops to see if there's any hardware fault. (They couldn't figure out the issue

None of this methods made any difference at all.

My Thoughts on the issue:

The issue might be with the ram as such issues are usually resolved by replacing the ram stick or simply cleaning the conductors of a ram stick and plugging it in again, but it is not possible for me to perform on my laptop as it has onboard soldered ram which cannot be removed. My laptop being an old model, I wasn't even able to find some master repair guy who can replace the onboard ram simply because this model is so rare and finding the compatible components is simply impossible after all these years. There is no information I have been able to fetch from the internet whatsoever regarding the behavior of my laptop in order to narrow down or diagnose the actual problem.

Kindly help if anyone has any information or faced the same issue and resolved it. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
