OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013dx
Microsoft Windows 11

I did not upgrade the BIOS from F.13 to F.167. HP software did it automatically. After the upgrade I saw blank screen when my laptop rebooted, If I removed one of the 32GB DDR4 RAM module, it will boot. But it cannot boot with two (2) 32GB DDR4 RAM. It can boot with one (1) 32GB RAM and one (1) 16GB RAM. I do not know where the F.16 BIOS comes from. The F.13 BIOS version is the latest BIOS version listed on HP support page. This is so WEIRD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same issue. Bios is F.20 here for my "15z-eh000 CTO" laptop.

I downgrade to F.15 and it's now able to take up 2*32 again. Was only able to take one 32 in either slot.
