HP Recommended

Hi,

My HP Omen 16 Max died ( doesnt even charge anymore and kills every charger i plug into it ).

I wanted to claim warranty because its less than 2 years old. But sadly when i type in my serial number i get redirected to a different product. ( yes i know HP reuses ancient S/N`s) In the "HP PartSurfer" i also can see there are 2 Products behind that S/N. But nowhere on earth i can find what to do to get warrenty support for my device.
