OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R0AV)

I sometimes need to change the boot device and have to open the boot menu using F9 key or Esc key. None of them works when any USB peripheral (Mouse/Keyboard etc) is connected. In short, BIOS menu won't open with any USB peripherals connected, On repeatedly pressing Esc or F9/F10 screen gets stuck on black screen, have to force power off, remove peripherals and then turn on, open BIOS.
Issue started appearing on F.30 Rev A BIOS version.
Even after BIOS update to F.31 Rev A, issue is still persistent.

This is a follow up on an already existing issue

Requesting help from HP team to fix the BIOS.
