OMEN by HP Laptop 17-an0tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey everyone, Im hoping some expert is able to help me with this issue Ive been having with my HP Omen 17 ever since i got it. So, my laptops a victim of the infamous HP Interrupt Storm which is basically when I boot up my laptop, 1 or 2 of its CPU cores are being utilized at maxed 100%, mine are usually Core 0 and Core 5. This issue bring my CPU temps to almost 10 degrees highers than normal. This only "fix" Ive found is to basically restart the pc or close the laptop lid for a little while and then the Cores go back to normal usage, but its just ridiculous to keep doing this everytime I boot up my pc after a couple of hours. Ive done some research and Ive realized that this Interrupt Storm is a BIOS problem, so theres nothing much I can do on my end. Ive updated EVERYTHING on my pc over and over and over again, trust me. The latest BIOS version I could find of my laptop is the F. 20 version, if this isnt the latest one, can someone please direct me to where I can get the latest version. So, this is my humble request to HP to fix this issue as many others are having the same exact thing happen to their HP Omens and Zenbooks. I implore HP experts to take notice of this issue immediately, this is an expensive laptop and I cant waste my hard-earned money on something that isnt performing the way it should. Hope you understand. Thank you!

As Ive mentioned in my post, I have updated EVERYTHING from both the Windows Update and The HP Support, over and over again. Everything on my PC is fully updated. Theres just one thing Im not sure about which is that, is my BIOS version the latest one for my laptop? Its the F. 20 version which I downloaded from the HP website.
