So I just got my HP Omen about a couple of days ago and It was fine as I booted up the computer and got settled in but the following days after have been consistent problems. For some reason the computer sometimes isn't able to open desktop shortcuts or task bar pins such as steam, chrome, and some game shortcuts. Every now and then when I'm finished with a game, then try to exit out it still continues to run and makes it where I can't access any other apps. Sadly Bluetooth isn't even an option for the fact that I can't use my blue tooth speaker and watch anything because everything just keeps loading the video. If anyone has any idea on how to help fix this problem or if a better option would be to return it and maybe get it exchanged I would greatly appreciate it.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues opening games and some apps and also you have issues with the Bluetooth.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then install all the Windows updates including optional and check.
Here is how it is done.
Open the Settings menu and go to Update & security > Windows Update. Click Check for updates to prompt your PC to scan for the latest updates. The update will be downloaded and installed automatically. Click Restart Now to restart your PC and complete the installation process.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
