When I turn on the laptop and the power led blinks one time and then shutdown, and enters on loop trying to start.
I tried to disconnect the battery and hold power button for 15s, but same happens it wont start.
Also tried this with the power AC plugged in,in cas of the battrery was the problem.
Can I try something more to boot the laptop?
Thanks!

Hi @Gui61
Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
I see that you are facing booting-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
If you are able to access BIOS try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.
1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
If the issue persists, please perform a system recovery and let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04758961
