HP Recommended

I have a HP Omen 17t that sometimes boots. I have two chargers used on multiple outlets, one charger shows no lights on port and the other shows orange light with battery and white when battery removed. nether is recognized when the device is booted and light goes away. I have hard reset and replaced the wifi card and RAM. (no separate CMOS Battery) the chargers seem to pass Multimeter, though I am no expert at that.  what is the FIX here? Battery?
