Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a pavilion cb001la and I did a little upgrade installing an ssd a while, never had problems. The problem is that yesterday my laptop just started showing a message that there wasn't OS. I have a bootable USB ready for a Windows 10 installation, so I tried installing it again, but I cant enter the bios unless i unplug my SSD, otherwise i get a black screen. My question is if i have to change the ssd or the problem is my pci express slot. In advance, thank you.
