I should start by stating that this issue was self inflicted when I was trying to fix another issue with a TPM error from linux. Since I was running in UEFI mode, I found a fix that suggested to shut off the UEFI mode to have the TPM being greyed out and enable the TPM. Well, I did shut off the UEFI and go to an old BIOS Boot, and that is were I get the following and I can not get back in the BIOS to turn the UEFI back on. I do not believe that I have any hardware issue due to the fact that this started immedialy after my BIOS change. I found another write up and tried the shutdown for 5 sec and restart the laptop tapping the F10. The same menu below keeps coming up and I never see the BIOS screen come up. The following keeps coming up:

Memory Test
Hard Drive Check
Language
Exit.

 

I am sure if I can get back in the BIOS, and I am able to turn the boot option to the UEFI without (?), the computer with start up as normal. The Laptop is an HP Folio 9470M.
