Bonjour,

Hi:
Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility that you can use to make a bootable USB flash drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is the link to create the recovery software. You will need to use another PC to create the recovery media with.

Hi:
When you install the cloud recovery client on another PC and run it, doesn't it ask you to enter your PC's serial number before proceeding?
If it asks you to input a model number first, and the Prodesk 400 G2 MT does not appear on the list of supported PC's then you will have to use the alternative method to reinstall W10.
Make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Télécharger Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
The W10 product key is encrypted in your PC's BIOS, so W10 will automatically install the version of W10 the product key is good for.
You won't need to enter a product key when installing W10.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

Hello
My problem was solved, here is the method used:
-win10 downloaded from the microsoft site.
- impossible to install on my pc ssd card (formatting problem, partition problem .....)
- I formatted my ssd card on another PC.
- After the last installation attempt,
-I deleted all the existing partitions, leaving only the one on my ssd card where I wanted to install w10,
- YES it worked and I managed to install w10.
Hoping that after formatting my SSD card I did not delete my WIN10 Microsoft key (but PAUL told me that this key was in the BIOS)
Thank you Paul for your help and thank you all.....
