Pavilion 14-al115na

Hi there,

I have just bought a second hand HP Pavilion 14-al115na laptop, it came with no RAM and hard drive, I have however now installed both inside the machine.

When I go to turn on the laptop, the power button goes white for a couple of seconds and then flashes. It isn't a quick flash, the buttob goes white for a second then turns off, then white again and it keeps on happening.

The screen remains blank and the fan doesn't seem to power up.

Any ideas on how I can fix this machine would be extremely appreciated.

No HDD is understandable but NO RAM is a question mark. Please return it and get your money back. Only God knows what is that.

Did you test it before opening your wallet ?

Regards.
