Product: HP Pavilion - 14-ce3040nb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
my HP Pavilion won't start up anymore
- leds are on (power-on led and led for battery charge)
- I hear the fan starting
- screen remains black
After a few tries (pressing power button for a few seconds), it did work, but while working my laptop crashed - I got a screen with white squares flashing (see image)
I was able to restart the laptop, and did the UEFI symptom test (on crash): this test passed. After this, I did the UEFI extend system test - this crashed after a few minutes with a screen filled with white lines:
After this, I wasn't able to start the laptop anymore (meaning: leds are on - I hear the fan, but black screen).
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
Kaat
