I recently purchased a new laptop which was having battery issue. As the laptop was under warranty, the HP authorised technician visited my home to replace the battery. But the technician damaged my laptop and now HP is charging me to repair it.
This is impacting my daily income and no one is responding me properly.
Kindly help me to resolve it

Hi Alden4,
Thank you for responding to my post. I have registered the case with HP support, but the they are telling me to pay to repair my laptop. They are asking me to pay for the mistake that i haven't made and it was all technician's fault.
My case number is : 5116463246
I would also request you to take some action against authorised HP support center - PC Infotech Solutions - Rajkot.
Thanks
