Hi, I'm trying to figure out what the problem with my HP 15-ab109ng laptop.

It shows that it have the f.45 BIOS version, but I suspect there is something wrong with it (not correct version).

I'd like to restore the factory version, or to install the newest version of BIOS.

Please, provide a link where to be able to download the update tool  (via USB) and the firmware version.

I am unable to install any OS on the device, because I always got BSOD ACPI BIOS error code.

Any help appreciated,

Thank you

Hi:

Updating the BIOS will not solve the problem.

Go into the BIOS and hide/disable the TPM security device.

This discussion shows that even with the latest BIOS update installed, the error still occurs:

Thank you so much for your help, yes, disabling TPM Module and hide it really helps.
