HP Pavilion 15-cs1063cl will not boot (3f0)

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 15-cs1063cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer will not boot. The error given is:

Boot Device Not Fount

Please install an operating system on your hard disk.

Hard Disk (3F0)

Based on https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01442956 I was directed to https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06201699

I completed all steps on this troubleshooting page:

1. All tests using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility passed

2. Legacy Support under Boot Options is DISABLED

3. Optane memory IS installed in this laptop, but it is not detected.

The solution presented on the page is to contact HP customer service; however, this product is out of warranty. So, I have been unable to reach any HP support personnel. I have tried the Virtual Agent, but it cannot find a solution and suggests that post in the HP Support Community.

What are my options at this point?

More information:

Under

Bios > System Configuration > UEFI Device Configuration >

I see the following menu:

UEFI Device Configuation

> Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology

Following the option for Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology, I see the following menu:

Intel(R) RST 16.5.0.53439 RAID Driver

Non-RAID Physical Disks:

> SATA 0.0, ST1000LM035-1RK172 WL1MZKSH, 931.5GB

> PCIe 1.0, INTEL MEMPEK1J016GAH PHBT8434019D016N

Under the first option, I see the menu

Physical Disk Info

Disk Actions:

> Reset to non-RAID

And then some properties of the disk.

Under the second option, I see

Physial Disk Info

Disk Actions:

> Reset to non-Optane

And then some properties of the disk.
