HP Pavilion 15-d035dx Product Information not valid

Hi

After update my BIOS, Error Product Information not valid shown.

Product Name

Product Serial Number

Product Number

system board ct Number

Startup BIOS ErrorStartup BIOS Error

 

I tried use HP BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU) but unsuccessful and give below error:

 

I Change BCU to BIOS64.exeI Change BCU to BIOS64.exe

 

plz help

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. Yes, the device is out of warranty.

HP Customer Support not accessible for me so questioning in this topic.

Hi@S-Karim,

 

Unfortunately, has the pictures motherboard it needs a tattooing motherboard that needs services to fix the issue.
