HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0068wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a question I need help with. I have a HP Pavilion 15 gaming laptop DK0068WM that the screen lights up but has no display. The screen initially went blank after the table it was on took a hard impact. Thinking it was a broken screen I replaced it but no luck. It does not connect to an external monitor. I tried plugging in new ram but again no luck. I tried the CMOS reset (Windows, V, F6, and power button) and that actually got a message to display on the screen. The message reads as such:

The CMOS

checksum is invalid.

The CMOS will be reset to the default configuration and will be rebooted. Please check

Setup options to see if they change.

CMOS Reset (502)

ENTER - Reboot the system

What is my next step? Is it a bios issue? Or is it hardware? What do I need to do to fix this display issue? Thanks and best regards.
