I tried turning my HP Pavillion 15cw100 laptop on and it won't start. The power button lights up white as usual for maybe one second then goes out. There are no other lights on except the charging indicator light showing white/ fully charged. The display doesn't try to come on nor the keyboard lights or system fans. I've tried hard-resets and even opening the case to disconnect the battery inside thinking I just needed to reset the BIOS or something. Nothing I try works and I'm truly at a loss here. I've tried a different power adapter as well. Please advise or what else I could try.

I followed all the troubleshooting guides for no power/boot. Nothing happened when I try to recover the BIOS either. I made a recovery USB to do so but holding down the windows logo and B doesn't do anything with or without the USB present. The power button lights up for about a second but nothing else happens.

Also I haven't made any hardware changes to it besides using an external HDD occasionally. I updated the AMD Radeon Software and drivers a few months or so ago, before I had this issue and I reinstalled Realtec audio drivers from the notebooks HP support page probably a week before it his problem.
