Hi !
I cannot remember my password on bios. A "[15639]" code comes on screen.

Hello DAV-13,
Please click on the below shown link to reset the password by yourself using the error code or the halt code
Steps to be followed after you reset the password:
1. Use the unlock code posted above to enter the BIOS
2. Disable all passwords that are enabled
3. If asked for current password - type the unlock code
4. For new password, just press ENTER key
5. Repeat the same for verify password column.
6. Then leave the BIOS by saving & exit option to save the changes.

Try below passwords :
Generic Phoenix | qtyd |
HP/Compaq Phoenix BIOS | oulq |
If it doesnt work then :
At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.
