Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0070wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer Update (BIOS 7/15/22?) has resulted in Bitlocker Recovery Key request for device that user never encrypted.

 

Microsoft Account Does Not Have a key attached to the device.

 

Used Command Prompt as Administrator with command         manage-bde -protectors c: -get      Numerical Password ID, but no key

 

BIOS rollback won't execute

 

Update Rollback won't execute

 

Any ideas to correct?
