HP Pavilion 15-cs0972nd

Dear community,

My HP Pavilion 15-cs0972nd laptop does not start up properly. When I press the 'Start button' it firstly goes to the HP Logo loading screen and after that I get to see a black screen with a blue loading circle (which is also the mouse), as you can see in the picture below. After this, it does nothing further at all, it just gets stuck on this screen for hours and I can do nothing, except move the blue loading circle with the mouse. I have done some (extended) tests via the F2 button when starting it up, which it all passed, but nothing helps so far. 

Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance!

Since all the Tests pass, this is an issue with the Windows 10 and that should fix it

 

I suggest you perform a Reset. Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289
