HP Pavilion g4-1303au Notebook PC not turing on

Hello I have a HP Pavilion g4-1303au Notebook PC for many years and it has worked fine. But today when I started the computer it didn't start. The charging light was looping and it made a beep sound every 8 seconds. I have read one solution on your website to press Win + b key but it also didn't work. Please help 😞

That must be hard. Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899, No Power or no Boot and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
