Alright. I'll consider reinstalling W10 because I researched a bit and saw that switching W8.1 also requires switching to its respective UEFI or something, I might be wrong. I just feel like messing with UEFI again is too risky. I'd rather stick with Windows 10 because it is compatible with all the programs too. Thank you for your responses so far. I very much appreciate it. One last question, should I enable or disable Secure Boot?

You're very welcome.
I believe that you have to disable secure boot in order to boot from the flash drive.
Try booting from the flash drive with secure boot enabled, and if you can't, then disable secure boot.
Then boot from the EFI USB flash drive and not the legacy one so you can install W10 in EFI mode and enable Secure Boot again when you are finished.

I'm sorry to be asking you so much but I'm a bit confused as to how I can reinstall W10 on my SSD. Basically, I have the default HDD in caddy slot (the DVD slot), and SSD inside. Now, I want to remove every data on SSD and fresh install Windows without affecting my files on HDD., because I store all my downloads/files/games on HDD except some software like Chrome which I store on SSD. So, can you send me like a detailed step-by-step guide for how I can boot from the flash drive, and booting from EFI boot because I don't have much idea about what EFI is and all, so I could use a detailed guide for my case, if possible.

Hi:
I don't have any information on how to do that.
I suggest you let google be your friend and see what you can find.
These videos have info on how to boot from a USB flash drive in UEFI mode.

These videos show how to install W10.

Just make sure you install W10 on the C:\ Drive (SSD) and not the D:\ Drive (HDD in caddy).

So after installing the Windows (without doing the language, keyboard, network etc setup) I was met with the same error again of winload.efi missing or consisting of errors. I deleted the partitions on SSD but still it is giving me error. Somehow I got past that by rebooting the laptop, spamming Esc and then pressing Continue Startup. After this, the language wifi setup came. But on stage of 'Let's connect you to a network', it says WiFi Turned off. I can't turn it on. I don't understand why this still occurs. The Wifi Adapter works fine but I guess it is incompatible with the new BIOS or the BIOS is unstable. Please help, what should I do now? I don't want to use any external wifi adapter.

Update:
At this point, my WiFi is not turning on and my Windows was not booting up.
For Windows,
when I was installing SSD, I forgot to move EFI and system partitions from HDD to SSD or at least wipe them so that new ones could be created on SSD. I took it to a repair shop and they deleted the EFI partitions so that new ones could be created, and reinstalled Windows.
For the WiFi,
I have a Broadcom 802.11n Wifi Adapter (the original that came with laptop was replaced with this because that one was not working properly). Apparently, after 8 or 9 years, this card still works.
Even though when I boot up the WiFi doesn't turn on, the trick is to put your computer to sleep, and then turn it back on with the F12 key (f12 key is the key for toggling airplane mode etc). It doesn't necessarily have to be F12, it can be any other key or even your touchpad, just anything to wake it up again. On the login screen, just press on the Internet icon and turn on WiFi and VOILA, it connects!
P.S Avoid updating BIOS on old laptops.
