Didn't want to restart computer because of such stupid thing.

Found a better solution, that worked for me:
Settings => ease of access => Keyboard => Filter keys off

That's it. It's in windows 10. Also you can find onscreen keyboard and search for filter keys, if it's difficult to find in settings.
