HP Recommended

Hello, I have an HP Pavillion laptop. It is stuck in a boot loop. When powering on my computer, I only have the option to turn it off and advanced settings. If I select advanced settings I have the option to select start up repair. Unfortunately this does not work. If it anyone has any suggestions, that would be great!

Clean install the windows, that will fix all of your problems. (Note: im not talking about reset option)
