I will begin this with problems that preceded the main issue in case they are relevant. Problems began with my fan making a very loud whirring noise, which I just began to ignore because it didn't seem to affect laptop performance. Eventually, my laptop ran into a problem where closing the lid caused it to immediately power off, regardless of the power settings in the control panel. I bypassed it by simply putting my laptop to sleep first and then closing the lid, which would then not cause it to lose power.
Now I have reached a problem which I have not been able to bypass. It began with me using my laptop at night, and I fell asleep while using it on my bed. I woke up the next day and it had died, so I closed the lid and set it aside. Later, I picked up the laptop and opened it, and attempted to turn it on, and instead of making the power indicator blink, the laptop turned on for a split second, then audibly powered off. I plugged it into the charger, and it then got into a loop where it would power on, and then after a second or two it would turn off and then turn back on in a loop. I unplugged it and removed the battery, and I then took it apart and re-set the hard drive, the ram, and various other cables, though afterwards when I plugged it in, it would power on, the fan would run for a full second, and then then fan would stop, but the laptop would remain silent and powered, and the screen would remain blank. I'm unsure where to go from here
