Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 (45X01AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My new HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible notebook goes to startup mode every time I start it. How can I resolve this? are there any settings I need to change?
Thanks

Hi, try this fix and see whether it works.
https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/tech-takes/get-in-and-out-of-safe-mode
Also, try this
- Use the Windows + R keys to pull up the Command Prompt.
- Type in “msconfig” and hit Enter to display the menu.
- Choose the “Boot” tab.
- Uncheck the “Safe boot” box if it is selected.
- Restart your computer.
