HP Pavilion x360 Convertible caps lock blinking 3.3 issue PLEASE HELP

Hello, gonna keep it short and simple.

M1M36EA#ABU

 

 

Have a HP pavilion x360 convertible. 

No power, caps lock blinking issue 3.3 (3 slow, 3 fast) suggesting graphics card / video failure.

Reset BIOS using USB, No luck.

Very comfortable with ins and outs of a laptop as I build many custom laptops.

Doesn't seem to be an issue with motherboard unless the CPU is dead.

 

Any solutions to this?

 

 

 

 

 

Seeing a lot of comments from weird individuals who in trying to sound overly clever, are very rude in their approach, so If I see those typical snarky comments as is common on tech sites; get out of your basement and make some friends 🙂
