HP Recommended
Product: Model 14m-dw1013dx

The HP Pavilion x360 Model 14m-dw1013dx - will not boot - there is sign of power

 

Troubleshooting:
- The AC adaptor has 19.5 output
- I unplugged the battery and tried only with AC adaptor
- I checked voltage to battery and mainboard  (seems to have power)
- I reset the keyboard cable
 
I have tried holding down the power button for 12+ seconds with no response  (with and without AC plugged in)
 
What else could I try?
