HP Recommended

i have no idea how but i have been locked out of my laptop, hp pavilion x360 convertible, for a while now. i finally have the windows ios download ready to install to get my laptop working again and to do so i need to use bios and right now my laptop screen opens to black screen with a blue box that requires a administrator password or power on password and  the error code that pops up is system disabled i 78801417 

i don’t think i’ve set my own password for this so please help or if possible how to get to the bios page
