Product: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new Pavilion x360 and I have been customizing it by installing new apps and programs (new browser, etc). After the first day of using it, it suddenly goes to the startup menu every time I turn it on. Moreover, my escape key stopped working. Please help.

What you did should have no effect on the startup menu appearing. I spent days recently customizing a new build and nothing like this happened to me.

 

We are not HP Tech Support, so we have no way to access or examine your PC from here.

 

Since this is new and still under warranty, your best bet is to use the contact info below to contact HP directly and get them to diagnose your PC issues.  Good Luck.
