Product: HP Pavilion x360

I was using my computer, plugged in to charge, and it randomly shut off. The fan was running, but not overheated, and I couldn't wake it up, so I did a hard reset and now it won't turn on at all and the charging light won't turn on even though I've had it plugged in for about 20 minutes.

May be a battery issue. Try to boot without battery.
