Hi all,

I have a HP X360 laptop working well till one day, it was dropped and broken the LCD.

But now when replace a new LCD, the laptop cannot be turned on by both battery or AC adapter.

When I plug-in the adapter or battery, only the light on Power button is on, after pressing the Power button there was nothing happened. Fan was not spin, no signal, no light except the light of the Power button on the keyboard.

I checked the motherboard, there was no damaged.

I also tried to Hard reset by Turn-off the laptop, plugged out Power source (battery/adapter), pressed Power button for 15 seconds, then tried again, but no better result.

Then I tried to recover BIOS by pressing combo Windows + B + Power button, and also combo Windows + V + Power button but nothing happened too.

And I also follow the guide "how to flash BIOS with a USB" but seem that this is a recent product, so the driver I downloaded didn't have the option "create a USB Flash driver..." so I can't flash BIOS by this way.

Please support me on this case.

Many thanks.
