My laptop HP Probook 450 G6 notebook PC as a issue with "Power-On Authentication". The screen is lock requires my password or finger print. I have tried it without success. This happened after upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Please help, I don't know what to do.
I've tried power on with pressing F10 without success, I've tried pressing "Windows button" and B for a recovery without success. I need help. Is there any defaultuser1 for the model? I'm confused and need. It is showing Desktop-VS8ARG4\defaultuser1. Appreciate you assistance. Thank you
