I bought a laptop HP ProBook 440 G5 3VJ90ES. On the case there is a fingerprint scanner. Installed Windows 10 64x. The fingerprint scanner does not appear in the BIOS, nor is it detected by the Windows system. How to find out if there is a fingerprint scanner on my model and how to activate it

it don't see FPR (finger Print reader) in the description. so it's not there.

that's is only a plastic cover , used when the Finger Print Reader is not present in the unit.

I don't know if you can find it in your country .

Or buy any other FPR you find on the market.

But modern Finger Print reader  are only touch reader instead of Swipe reader.
