Product: HP ProBook 440 G5 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop was stored in it's bag for 4 months and it was working fine, after this period I tried to use it but it doesn't work and also refuse to charge.

I did a hard reset and still doesn't work.

 

should I change battery or there is anything else to get it work again?
