I have an HP Probook 450 G5 laptop which, since yesterday, gives a black screen for about 30 minutes and then the HP logo appears and the words "warning your system is not fully configured please contact hp support"
At the bottom left also appears the writing "Q85 Ver. 01.23.00 11/29/2022" and "Press the ESC key for Startup Menu" m ESC doesn't work and, whatever key I try, nothing happens.

Help me, please!

This number indicates the BIOS version which is not up to date.

Try turning on the device and pressing the F10 key several times, enter the BIOS and see if you have the option to update,
