Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP ProBook 450 G8 does not turn on. When attempting to switch on the laptop the power light will come on together with the F5 and F8 lights . But the numlk and caps lock lights blink for some time and turn off. Thereafter the Fan runs for some time and the laptop power button light turns off.
