Product: HP ProBook 650 G1 Notebook PC

Hello, I need some help. Basically my operating system has fallen down because of some viruses, then I tried to install some operating systems using USB drive and Iso files but none of them worked (I tried linuxes, older windows- none). Now it crashed during installing one and won't launch. With battery first, it was blinking once, one fast blink on power button and two dots blinking on bottom of laptop. Power icon one and electricity one. Then without battery it was double blinking, two fast blinks, I tried some windows + v, windows + b, holding power without electricity methods and it blinks once like with battery. Of course the blinking repeats all the time and won't stop, it's fast one blink short pause and next one
