Hello, I'm not able to charge my HP Probook 430 G5 using a USB-C charger. The battery charges fine with the AC adapter but  not with the USB-C charger. When the USB-C charger is plugged, Windows detect that the power is connected (a lightning icon appear above the battery icon and it says it is connected) and the orange light turn on, but battery level continue to decrease.

Also, I tested my USB-C charger and cable with a HP Probook 450 G5 I use for my work and it is working fine, so the issue doesn't come from my USB-C charger or cable. I also checked the USB-C connection and it is clean.

I've tested many thing I found on internet : upgrade BIOS to latest version (I'm actually using 1.26.0.0), shutdown the laptop and then press the power button for 30s, uninstalling all the battery drivers and all the USB drivers in the device manager and reboot the computer, unchecked the options "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power", drain the battery to 0% and press the power button for 30s to make sure the battery is fully discharge, disconnect the battery. None of these worked.

Something else I could try to make the USB-C charging works on my laptop ?

Thank you
