Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp probook 430 g5 not turning on will not start. Light next to adapter entry flashes 8 or 9 times.

steps taken:

- hold power button for long time - No change

- battery taken out for a minute and put back in - No change.

- battery taken out and leave out + trying to boot with just adapter - No change.

When holding power button for long time (when battery is out, but adapter is plugged in), the power button light flashes once and caps lock ligth Goes on for a second once.

 

Under battery looks like a bit water damage.
