Product: HP Probook 440 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was gifted a new HP Probook 440 G6 yesterday and today I found out it didn't charge the night before despite being plugged in and now it is flashing by the charging port either

An orange light 9 times

Or a white light about 9 or 10 times.

It varies which it does. Is it completely broken and needs to be returned or does this have a fix?
