Hello there
My laptop, which I upgraded to Core2Duo T9400 processor about 1 year ago, suddenly shut down yesterday and won't turn on. When I press the power button, the fans work, but cannot boot, black screen and caps lock key flashes 1 time. Is there a solution and what exactly should I do? 

 I prepared a flash memory bios recovery memory for HP Probook 4510s and when I try to turn on the pc by pressing the power+windows+B key combination, it still does not turn on and the capslock key blinks. I hear short intermittent beeps when I hold down windows+B right after pressing the power key

Unfortunately the gpu unit chip has failed. I had the reballing process done, but I don't know how long it will last like this. What is very very interesting is that there is no air intake grille at the bottom of this notebook.
