HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 4540s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My lap is not booting up, black screen and the caps lock is continuously blinking. As per blink code it may be power issue, however I have checked the AC adapter and it is working fine.Luckily it sometimes boot up to bios when pressing esc button but after restarting it backs the same.

 

I have tried with the below possible solution but no luck.

 

1. unplugged power and removed battery.

2. reinserted memory module.
