Product: 640 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Open the lid of the laptop and the power light is on but nothing else is happening. Take the battery out, press the power button for 30 sec, put it back in and as soon as it goes in the power light goes on (button one the laptop) and the LED on the front power light is white and the battery light flashes amber. If I plug in power it does the same thing. I have another idetical laptop, changed out the batteries and same thing. Will not boot and power light will not go off unless you unplug and pull the battery.
