I tried to boot my HP Probook laptop, and it showed the dead battery symbol so I plugged it in, left it alone for 15 min and the tried again. Nothing. Then the indicator light next to the charging port started flashing white and orange, so I thought maybe the charger was the issue. I tried my universal charger with the correct tip, and it did the same thing. Now whenever I plu either charger into it, the keyboard lights up and the fan comes on but nothing else happens. Still won’t boot and now the charging light doesn’t even come on. Please help.
